Just in time for Coheed and Cambria to start working on their fourth studio album, their bassist, Michael Todd, has rejoined the band, after leaving back in August for personal reasons. They will be producing their album with Nick Rasculinecz. The album is tentatively titled No World For Tomorrow and will be the concluding chapter in their ongoing saga to their Coheed and Cambria Kilgannon, which are the central characters featured in their concept albums tying to story into one. We can look for to a fall release for this album.
Trapt has posted an exclusive demo of a track called Avelyn. Go to their myspace to hear it.

ARTIST OF THE DAY
Over It
Hometown: Huntington Beach, CA Genre: Punk / Rock Sounds like: Evans Blue, Ashes Of Soma Current Album: Step Outside Yourself Myspace: myspace.com/overit Official Site: www.overitonline.com I found this band about a year ago and I instantely became a fan. Their mix of punk and rock is flows seemlessly for form a great sound I have really never heard before. Their infectious sound begs for you to get up off your ass and rock out, no matter where you are. All the songs on their album, Step Outside Yourself, are good but I really like Siren On The 101, Come Out With Your Hands Up, and Your Song. Definitely recommand that you get this band. |

ARTIST OF THE DAY
The Confession
Hometown: Orange County, CA Genre: Hard Rock, Metal Sounds like: Avenged Sevenfold, Atreyu Current Album: The Confession Myspace: myspace.com/theconfession Official Site: theconfessionmusic.com The Confession comes out with a lot of energy. I recently seen them in concert this past weekend and I was very impressed. I even picked up their EP and upcoming album Requiem. The Confession sounds very similar to Avenged Sevenfold, so much that even M. Shadows of A7X guest vocals on some of their tracks. Their album Requiem is scheduled to be released on June 19th. Listen to No Angel, Dance With The Devil, and Bleed You Dry. I expect to hear more about this guys. Oh and you can see them this year at Warped Tour. |

It’s tragic and disgusting anytime young people’s lives are taken in an act of senseless violence. My condolences go out to the students and their families.”

A Wilhelm Scream update
Here’s a recent post by A Wilhelm Scream as they prepare for their follow to 2005’s Ruinier:
So I haven’t been here in like two months, and I realized that we haven’t updated the news in two months either, so here’s an update on why you haven’t heard from us and might think that we’re dead. First of all we’re not dead. We’ve been at home in New Bedford writing our asses off and playing together almost every day. We just finished demoing the first 13 songs in the project studio in Trevors basement, and we’re currently working on a bunch of other songs. We figure to have around twenty to choose from for our next record.
Speaking of our next record, in case you were wondering, we are heading back to the Blasting Room to drive Bill and Jason completely insane once again in the beginning of May. So that will hopefully be out by the end of the summer (Or the beginning of summer depending on when when some fucktard leaks it.) “What about touring?” You might be asking yourself. Honestly I don’t know. We don’t currently have anything booked, but by the time we get out of the studio, I’m sure we’ll be eager to get out there and hopefully see the outer reaches of our beloved homeland again. (We realize we haven’t toured the U.S. in eight months so get off our back already, Europe and Australia needed some love too.) That’s all for now, good talking to you, see you soon. Go listen to Municipal Waste in the mean time.
