   What about laptops like the X-series ThinkPads, the good ole 12″ PowerBooks or other 12in mhaeincs? Even a few years ago, most of them ran ULV Pentiums running at below 1.5GHz (today I think they have Core Duos running at similar frequencies).What I’ve read about the Asus EEE was less than flattering, i.e. an included Celery CPU that doesn’t clock down and actually the machine *does* run a bit hot, so you’re probably better off with one with a real CPU. (Oh, and only 3.5 hours battery time.)

   I use the little brush picks to clean between my teeth after brushing (my dentist’s suggestion). But, i feel really bad about throwing them out after every use because they just go into landfill. Any suggestions for a better way?

My point in an earlier post was merely that the term "critical thinking" is redundant. If critical has any meaning in the context, it has no meaning which is not subsumed by the simple word "thinking". The use of the CT term by the education establishment shows nothing but thier own faux-erudition and thier fondness for sixty-four dollar words which add no meaning.
